Where does the money go? Do you take a cut?

Online payments go directly to your gym's payment account through your processor. Cash and bank transfers get tracked in your ledger. We never sit between you and your members. Standard processor fees apply to your account. We take zero percentage on top.

How long does setup take?

Most gyms run their first class within 48 hours. Try the demo (one click, no card needed), import your members by CSV or email invite, hook up payments, plug in the kiosk. No long onboarding calls, no setup fees.

Do my students need a separate app?

Yes. The student app is on iOS, Android and as a web app. It's free for them and available in 6 languages out of the box.

What if my gym grows?

You move to the next tier at the start of the next monthly billing cycle. No retroactive charges, no overage fees. Same product, same features. Just a slightly different invoice.

I run an association of multiple academies. Does this work?

Yes. Associations work as a layer on top of gyms. One student account works across every gym in the association, plus association governance, shared belt policy, cross-gym leaderboards and directories. Explore the association product →

What about students switching to another gym?

If both gyms run ActiveJoin, the student keeps their account, belt rank and full training history. Their data follows them. If they're moving to a non-ActiveJoin gym, they can export everything and walk away clean.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, no long-term commitment. Cancel from the dashboard. Your data stays accessible for 30 days for export, then gets purged per GDPR rules.

Is my data secure? GDPR?

GDPR compliant by design. Data export on demand. Account deletion with cool-off and recovery windows. Audit log on every user and event. Passkeys and multi-session management on the auth layer. Each gym's data stays strictly isolated.
